I was changing my oil, and turned the oil filter upside down to dump the oil out before tossing the filter, and a small 10x12 mm bolt or screw fell out. Oh, crap. Any idea what inside the engine takes such a small screw? Obviously, the rods take bolts, but where did this come from? Since there's a screen on the oil pick up, it didn't get sucked up. Besides, wouldn't the oil pump have chewed it up? So, it must have fallen from above. But the channels to the cylinder heads are all too small for something like this, right? Any help ID'ing the location of this scew would be appreciated.
